Hi, I’m Jamie Maglietta — and welcome to (ON CAM) Ready Media. I’ve expanded the name to become more inclusive of my personal brand and business.

I spent over 20 years inside national newsrooms — producing live TV at CNN, FOX News Channel, and MSNBC. I helped build shows, coached reporters, and made sure talent looked and sounded their best on air. Now I also lead the Producers Guild of America’s Atlanta Chapter, hosting events for producers.

This newsletter and my content needs to support all I am and can offer both independent creators and producers.

In 2024, I officially launched (ON CAM) Ready as I explored life outside corporate, following my time at BET. What started as project work turned into a media business. Now I have a TEAM of former television news writers, producers, podcaster, editors and SEO managers. We offer full-service production, executive producing, coaching and workshops. So the name (ON CAM) Ready is no longer enough. This SUBSTACK and my business is now (ON CAM) Ready Media.

(ON CAM) Ready Media is where presence becomes press-worthy.
